Tofu recipes by Nasoya.wmv I went online to Nasoya's website and found a few more recipes (had already printed out several....). I made this chocolate pudding which uses soft tofu, put in the blender (which was a bit challenging - I think a food processor might work better) and adding cocoa, sugar, vanilla, etc. 'Tis very tasty!! The other recipe is for sloppy joe's, using firm tofu. Also very tasty!! For anyone who hasn't tried tofu, what you taste is all the other ingredients! There is no taste/flavor to tofu - yet it packs a good punch of protein without meat! Love it! Thanks Nasoya!! |
